I have filled up online form for rie cee 2017. I have opened payment option and gone through online payment option to state bank of india on 06 may 17 transaction reference number: [protected] igabglmkx4 transfer t (To transfer-inb citrus payment solutions) for rs 806.9. But bank given message for successful transaction and deducted said money from my account but i am unable to submit rie cee 2017 application because it is not paid. Till now money has neither come back (Refunded) nor paid to rie cee 2017. Kindly do the needful before 10 may 17 so that i can fill up my rie cee 2017 application successfully.

I am Chandan Gupta, and I had worked Magus Customer Dialog as a Sales Executive for homeshop18 in Noida .
( Logix Infotech Park D- 5 Sector 59, Noida ), , From August 2014 till June 2016 ..

And I had applied for My PF in month of September 2016 . According to HR of logix they had told me to submit all the documents with all necessary forms to claim PF.

He told me that the PF will be credit with in next 3 months in your provided account details .

I had waited for 4 months, in between 3 months there not a single call or any update for my PF number or my PFUAN number .
So I had contacted to Delhi office . they told me that I need to contact to Chennai office :

So I had contacted to them also but they were not giving the proper response . when I call to them they say the same thing that " Your PF request is under process "

I am fail to understand how much employee is dissatisfied. How management team is working, that they are not able to see what exactly team leaders are doing. I know for the fact that everywhere shrinkage and attrition pressure is there but to avoid or to reduce anyone can not pressurize to good employee who are working for you all. I can say that this responsibility completely belongs to HR. I am not questioning on your team capability, every HR person needs to see employee leaves availability and should be questioned with employees that are they getting leaves from there supervisors. Look guys this is my suggestion that such kind of things only make perception in market and this is the reason the new hires used to think and they don't take job seriously. Every new hires make image in a month and they start reacting accordingly about the company. Guys someone my closest one is working with organisation and whatever she told me till yet that are completely negative things and always struggling with supervisors. I am also a part BPO only and somewhere working in same stream since last 10 years but I can say pathetic response in Magus. Please dig in with employees and understand the critical. Because everyone is not saying anything as everyone is in aura that supervisor will make some issues and terminate the employee. I have just given my opinion post 2 years of observation on Magus in Noida. Means working for Homeshop18. Every employee matters I believe and they should be valued.

I had worked on magus customer dialog at Ahmadabad before 8 years ago . now i want to withdraw my pf from pf accounts. I had sent mails of my all details but till date i had not received pf or pf withdraw process . They basted people (Prakash) wandering and when i called demand new information every time.

They told call direct Tamilnadu pf office and ask for procedure for same. when i had to done all process why should they people working there.

I lost my sim card on 14th Apr'15 and already blocked sim card on 16th Apr'15 my mobile number-[protected]. I request you please arrange to send the same on my [protected]@gmail.com w.e.f. Confirm through SMS-[protected] or Mail that my "SIM card blocked" confirmation mail to my no/mail id from your end. This may kindly be treated as urgent. Thanking you

hello

i have been working with vodafone for 5 year on the pay roll of magus
now i am no more with the firm and its been 6 to 7 month that i have applied for PF withdrawal and my form has been rejected but i haven’t received a latter for that secondly when ever i am going to magus(my pay roll office where i have submitted my PF form they are saying that they have send mail to concern but they are not getting reply,

I had worked with Homeshop 18 for 2 years under the payroll of Magus from october 2009 to october 2011, i had applied for my PF in the month of December 2011, PF number is 31755 & my name is Umme Sadia, still after complaining so many times i got 1/5th part of my PF amount, however i was supposed to receive 24k for 2 years instead i received only 5k, keep on calling Sachidanand & Sukanti on [protected] & [protected], spoke with Sukanti once, but Sachidanand never received the call, i called them beacuse my PF form was submitted to Chennai branch & i used to get Pf from them, called Delhi branch also they asked me we can only send forms to Chennai, rest nothing is our responsibilty, after getting 1/5th part of PF called sukanti continously till 10 days but she didnot respond to any call, moreover someone on the number [protected] picked the call on 07/06/2012 & was talking like he is talking to his servant, he was very pathetic,i cant even write in words the way he behaved, & he disconnects the call, this really hampers the image of "MAGUS", i suppose whether they give pf on time or not but they must have ettiquates to talk to people, still i am struggling with no response from Magus, its only my badluck that once i was a part of MAGUS PAYROLL..Now i understand that in furture if any company will give very good package & if its under the payroll of MAGUS then i will never join that company if i didnot get my PF & will tell the same to my friends & family. Please help me if possible in getting full amount & update me on my number [protected].

There is no salary increment from last three years,Increment is only for management level.

They suck when you talk about increment and Vouchers

Management dont have any knowledge about how to work.They know only Politics.

Reema,Annie,Hemangee,Kishan jaise log rahenge toh yeh company band ho jayegi.

They work on non working days also and do illegal works also.

My PF Account No. 18837had worked with Magus Customer Dialogue Pvt Ltd. I had submitted my PF form on 24TH April 2009. Now year has to come end and Still I did not recieve my PF settlement. Magus Customer Dialouge Pvt Ltd. company is saying that they have given all the details to the PF office. Yet I did not recieve the amount in the account or I have not recieved either a cheque/dd/payorder. please help me out in recieving my PF settlements. Kindly do the needfull.

My PF no is 4976 & Code no is TN26047, I have submitted the form thrice time, last form submitted was in Oct 2008, till date I haven’t got any feedback pertaining to the PF status, would like to know how long will it take to get the PF Refund. Have visited the below link but when I put the account no the below error occurs, please let me know what account no. should I put as the complete no is SA-SB01008086, even if I put my husbands name it show the name should be in Alphabetic. his name is Ravindra Prabhakar Devalkar, also suggest what should be done.
