Hi,
On 26-nov-2018 my account has got auto renewed and money has been deducted from my account. Last month i was trying to stop the subscription but did not find any option on that in my apple phone. (I have purchased via web and not via apps store).
I never use this service and i dont see any need for me for renewal.
Now i like to request two things.
1) effective immediately please turn off the auto renewal option and confirm (Its fustrating to know this option is not available for us to do it on our own, and your website directs to send email)
2) please refund the money, or worst case please cancel the subscriptions effective immediately.
Note - i dont see any of my card details in my saved cards option? Then how did you deduct the money. Show me where i accepted to auto deduct money, even if i have agreed in some way, i genuinely tried to unsubscribe a month ago but as the option was not explicit, i could not do it.
