Hello
I received a message for e-challan no. Pmccm[protected] for a fine of rs.200 for my car. It shows no evidence found and there is no challan address as well.
The time of the challan is 21-may-2019 18:46 and i was in delhi at that time.
They have told that my car has tinted glasses, however the same is not there from the beginning. There is no photograph or anything relating to the challan also.
Please revoke this challan as it is a mistake.
