Mahadev Hyundai — Didn't give rc even after passed six month to purchase. I 10 sports model car

I have purchased an i 10 hundai car from mahadev hundai situated at near nhpc chowk faridabad, haryana on 31.12.2016. But they did not given any information regarding stop the model from next year.
And even after passed six month to purchase the car they have not provided rc by excusing that there are some error in rc regarding address and model number and they submitted an application to get it correct to concern department. And my car is given 10km per litre mileage which is more expensive as i have a pet like white elephant and there are make a notice at starting time. I have visited three time but no body listen and responce. They deliver my car by telling that they have change a part related to crank but it was lie and i have found that they have change of some clutch part so problems is as it was. They are only expert to serve a cup of tea and give pressure' to put 10 out of 10 for their service.

Please provide my rc and get my car checked and resolve my problems related to mileage and some time noice at starting time.
