Mahaflats.com/ — bad quality construction

I bought a flat from maha flat who have their sites at perumbakkam, alandur, nanganallur, zamin pallavaram. While initial discussion they were sweet like anything but once we paid full amount, they slowdown their work and for 3 year they are constructing my flat. Please note they construct less than 15 houses only which itself taking more than 3 years for completion. Finally i am living in the house which was partially completed. They send their labors on monthly once to do some work and slowly doing the work.in between the builder has dumped all the scraps and materials at parking place (The parking will take another 2 years to complete) and we could not access the parking safely. Actually the builder has tied up with illegal land owners and constructing flats which we came to know very late. It's my humble request to you all please do not buy any flat from this maha flats, chennai. They will spoil your entire peace in life.
