Subject: Cheating and Non-Refund of Money by Owner of Mahakal Premium Travels
Complaint Details:
I would like to bring to public notice a serious matter regarding the owner of Mahakal Premium Travels, Gurugram (Mr. [MANISH JANGRA]).
The said person, under the guise of a personal relationship and false commitments, borrowed money from me through online bank/UPI transfer. He assured repayment, but after repeated requests he has refused to return the money. This amounts to cheating and breach of trust.
Even though he runs a travel agency (Mahakal Premium Travels), he has used his credibility as an agency owner to gain my trust and extract money.
Proofs Available:
- Online bank transfer / UPI transaction details
- WhatsApp / Call records of the commitment to return money
Relief Sought:
- Immediate repayment of the money borrowed.
- Public awareness so that others do not get cheated by the same person/agency.
Request:
