Mahalaxmi Associates(rei1102993) — They are fraudsters. They have taken my money and now refusing to give it back.

So Mr. Raman kukreja and Mr. Surendra of Mahalaxmi associates( REI1102993) have taken the brokerage money from me provided me with a 11 month aggreement for a property which is faulty and the owner has sold the property after 3 months I am currently living in the property and the owner wants it vaccated. I tried contacting Mr. Surendra to either return my security deposit or provide me with a new property with the deposited brokerage. He declined to the proposal and asked for the brokerage again as it was not his fault and he won't be able to provide me with assistance. He is the one who made the 11 month contract and the one who provided me with the flat. He was also very rude and told me to do whatever I can do, but he won't be providing me with the deposit. They are fraudsters as they provided me with a faulty property and now they are refusing to give me back my money. I am a student and it's very difficult for me to provide them with the brokerage again and again. Plz help me at the earliest. Thank u.
