Dear sir / madam,
I, the undersigned, Mr. Digvijay B. Gaikwad, the resident of mahalaxmi nagar, Nere, New panvel, wanted to inform you regarding the society bus facility inconvenience we are facing here.
The bus facility is under the control of Mahalaxmi builders & developers and we pay separately for the bus facility apart from the maintenance here.
In the morning office timings, the buses are fully filled with people till door and the amount of people is so big that we dont even get to enter the bus due to fully occupancy with people. All the buses have smaller seating capacity.
The bus facility is anytime stopped by going on strike by mahalaxmi builders.
We have to wait for long time and also the buses are not maintained properly, somewhere the seats are removed, somewhere the seats are broken.
Also the maintenance is so high as compared to the facilities provided & assured and the it should even be much more lesser when it is divided in so many people. The number of people here are around 5000. So all the costs get divided through those people. So it should be even half of the current maintenance.
They give the reason of people no paying the maintenance on time but then it will be recovered from those people later on with 24% annually, so that should not matter even a bit.
The resolution for this would be providing government buses from panvel to mahalaxmi nagar, nere, new panvel at regular intervals and reduction of society maintenance as it can easily maintained even after reducing it to half of the current maintenance.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest as people are very frustrated with the service provided and high maintenance of the society.
