I, mrs kadkol Tanuja owner of the flat 404 -E -wing Ekta-Vivek co-op HSG society would like to bring to your kind notice that the flat has been lying vacant with no occupancy since September 02th 2020 till date., but I have been receiving the mahanagar gas bill to the tune of RS 858/-on 06/10/2020 (bill group MW260623. CA number[protected]. BP No [protected])
I have payed the October bill amount of RS 858/- without using any gas in the flat. I have again receive a bill of the tune of RS 838 /- bill date 06/12/2020 without me using the gas. So will you kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.CA number[protected] and the BP number [protected].please do Revert back to me as soon as possible.

Since last 2 months ( bill received on Dec 2020 and Jan 2021) we observed that we received excessive amount of bill for MGL Connection[protected]. We alredy paid 3075 amount last month after conversation with customer care. Check with the bill amount and explain.

Every month excess bill come from your side and i paid to MGL.
Average monthly bill come 1300/- from MGL. Which is paid by me. But as per my home consumption was less as compared with you bill amount.
So please check my Meter as soon as possible. because in the month of December 2020 bill was 4000/- some thing. which is very high as per my consumption of gas.
Every month excess amount bill come from your side. which is not legal.

As our home emty from 1st november 2020.no use of gas.but bill come for november is rs.697.so please issue new bill of mgl for rs.0

The Last bill amount of Rs. 551 was paid on 04/09/2020. This was for the bill date 27/08/2020.

Now, the bill date for 27/12/2020 shows me bill of Rs 4348.
For 4 months this is too much amount.

Request you to please look into this.

Today I wanted to pay my MGL bill through google pay and notice that bill amount is Rs. 3597/- bill date - 22nd Dec.2020. due date 11th jan.2021.
I am paying regularly and surprise to notice this bill raised by bill.

Also our home is close for 26 Aug 20 to 25 Sept 20f. Still we have received bill and we also pay that.

Please check the above bill amount of current bill and aug.to sept 2020 bill and give us final amount to pay

In ghansoli village plot No. 14 sector 8 opposite D mart cng pump manger give free air pump on rent. Air pump operator take money for filling air in vehicle by the drivers. I think this is the loot of common public, other language I called this robbery. I complain for this to the manager orally but there is no action taken on concern person. I think manager also involved in this
So sir please look into this matter and stop this loot of common public.

Ihave sent following mail dt 18.12.20 to MGL, Mumbai. Till date they are not giving me any positive reply.
One Mr Sandip has put slip on my neighbour's flat writing that he visited the flat but could not take reading as flat was locked.Slip is put at 3.35pm on 16.12.2020 as indicated in the slip.This is about flat 1201.
I stay in flat 1202.What I am astonished is why Mr Sandip has not visited my flat on 16.12.2020 nor has he put any slip on my flat door the way he put on flat 1201.We were at house only.We rarely go out as we r sr citizens.
Why your Sandip behaved in this way. Give him proper punishment.
Please note I am 70 plus n I cannot climb ladder to take readings n I have to call some young to do this job.
This is my complaint against Mahanagar Gas in general n against Sandip in particular.If you do not take any action against Sandip I will lodge complaint with Consumer Complaint Board

Sir/madam, my BP number is [protected] and CA number is[protected]. I had submitted my request for change in name only at Mulund East office with all requirements. From February, I am visiting Mulund East office every month to enquire about the change of name status. A standard reply is given to me that it has been submitted to our higher office and it will be done. Now it’s December month and it’s still not done.
This kind of customer service is offered by mahanagar gas? Is anybody responsible for such incidence? Is any responsible person is there to listen to customers

My normal bill is maximum 1600 how can it will spike 3 time than normal already dueto covid every human is facing financial crisis request you to send some for meter reading and help me for revised bill

My normal bill for two months is less than 600 rs but this year in April i Got inflated bill of 1432 and again November I have got bill of rs 1255.

What is this??

Is any looting going on sale??

I want proper explanation for it.

Last month no one was there for three weeks then how come this inflated bill came.

I had made a payment of SECURITY DEPOSIT for my Mahanagar Gas connection of Rs 5000/-

Our bldg is now demolished and I have also permanently disconnected my gas connection in October 2020. Kindly refund me my security deposit of Rs 5000/- which was given to you at the time of taking the Mahanagar Gas Connection. Kindly reply in writing to my email id [protected]@yahoo.com....

Kindly note our CA NO. IS[protected], we are only two sr citizen members at our house and we are getting high bills of Rs 2500 per month, no representative comes to see the reading of gas meter, so how you calculate the bills, we have been paying the bills, so pl send your person to check the readings and accordingly, adjust our bills .

this is our third complained so pl look in to this and help us out.

if this is the fact then, this is how the calculation has to be

i will check my past bills and if i find this is a very common practice that MGL is following i will go to the next level .
