Please beware there is a person Mr.Harikumar Subramaniam Chairman Mahaperiyava Organic Farmer Producer Company Limited, Chennai who is promising huge returns and invites partners for this company. He will only take money and issue fake share certificate which is not valid, and company since its formation not followed any compliance or norms. No AGM has done and almost 40plus people have invested and this company has not yet started any project or doesnt seems so. Chairman not answering to investors and due to unhappiness many of investors and directors resigned and he is not returning their money and looks like he has blown away all the money.
