Dear Sir or madam,
I had applied in Mahada's 2020 scheme in my name which is around 15000/-
.And got an email from Mahada saying i have been selected in the lucky draw, however as i was running out of money due to financial crisis i did not proceed further.I got a call from mahada office for the same and i informed them that i won't be able to process the money and asked them about my refund they informed me that i will get my refund in next 15-20 days but still i had not received any refund or intimation of refund or any call from the mahada authority.
Its almost more than 03 months and none of the helpline provided is working and one which is working no one is picking up the call.
I am in urgent need of the money so can u guide me with the refund procedure or to whom to contact regarding the same or any customer care no of the mahada authority.
hoping for the speedy reply as there is a requirement of the deposited amount
