Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran — water leakage problem

We have problem related to water supply department of government of maharashtra. Actually there is water leakage problem in front of my home as well as two more places at near old power house ramnagar. Due to this places near my home became muddy and land is also becoming weak due to it. Too much wastage of water is also there everyday two times. I have filed complaint in water supply department since august 2019, in our district and visited more than 4 times there. I demanded permanent solution for it because this leakage happen frequently and almost each year in our area. Problem is that they are not doing anything for permanent solution and not closing that older and worse pipeline which was demanded by me, also they are not behaving properly and using very bad words with us. Already we are having new water pipeline in our area hence we are demanding to close that older and weak pipeline. They are only giving us days but not giving right solution. Please sir/madam do something so that wastage of water which is continued from one and half months can be stopped and also land can be saved. Please sir help us and provide us right solution. I am waiting for your response.
