[Resolved] Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation [Mkcl] — Not issuing duplicate MSCIT certificate for which I applied

Dear sir,
Myself NEERAJ GANESH SARDA, i had appeared for ms-cit exam in 15-JULY-2008 from 2:30 PM to 3.30 PM GURUKRUPA computer training center, Latur.
And I had scored 56 markes out of 100 marks and got passed result.
I have provisional certificate, which was issued after finishing exam. After that suddenly my study center got closed. So i never got my original MSCIT certificate.
So i sent form and DEMAND DRAFT OF 200 RS to the MSBTE, Mumbai for duplicate MSCIT certificate on 13-oct-2021. But i am not getting any updates regarding that. No one is receiving my calls in msbte and no one is responding my mails. Please help me with same sir. Please.

Updated by chetandesarda Sir/madam,
i already did mail, calls to them. They are not responding. I even tried to file online RTI (right to information) regarding this. But online RTI didn't worked. Will try offline mode again.
But what is the issue? I sent them Demand draft, form and all documents with it. Atleast they should send me mail, message for the update. Now who should we contact? They are not responding to anything. Please help me with this🙏
