This is in reference to excessive air pollution in koperkhairane, sector 11, navi mumbai area (Ahead of balaji garden) where excess of industrial air pollution is been emitted. Due to which the nala which is in that sector clearly shows coloufull water and emits strong smell in that area. A lot of people face breathing issues due to the quality of air. Innumerable complaints have been registered but no action has been taken. When i see the kids playing and listen to some of the kids who do not go to play simply because of the gaseous pollution feel extremely sad for them and hence would request you to please take up this matter on priority basis and request a solution to be arrived at the earliest.

          Dear sir,

I am submitting this complaint on behalf of our society named green world. Its new society of 800 flats and 1500 members. On daily basis we are suffering from bad smell during night and further few children are suffering from repeated cold and throat infections. Also our silver and copper vessels colour is getting changed. This is really dangerous situation for us and we request to kindly have a check on the same by doing some testing in the premises. Our society is in vicinity to few chemical factories and we suspect they are releasing some durg in mid night.

Request for your immediate response and joint testing infront of our society members.

          Thanks,

                  Hello,
We are running small ngo against plastic manufacturers who are without any consent or permissions called green thumb orgnaisation.
As we visited some of industries located in chiplun taluka. There is one industry located in midc kherdi name of industry is amar plastic industries.

His owner son is very high attitude when we contact him he said he has all permission from maharashtra pollution control board. They are manufacturing plastic bags called black color plastic bags which are banned as per pollution control board.
When we contacted him he says he has orders from pollution control board to manufacturing the same.
Also they have lots of plastic in stocks without any revelnt permission. The owner and his staff are very rude on sight.
When we enquired about amar plastic industries they had got closure notice once from maharashtra pollution control board. So here is one big question how that closure get managed with out any proper action.

We are requesting you to visit that plastic manufacturing unit and take proper action against them. They are polluting by manufacturing plastic bags with out any proper permissions it means they are not following any kind of rules and regulations of state government of maharashtra or mahashtra pollution control board.
Hope you will consider our complian and take strict againts amar plastic industries.

                    Hello sir/madam,

On plot no. 22, plastic thermoware manufacturing company carries out its business. On regular basis they would burn plastic waste. This drastically changes air quality. There are residential complex within close proximity of the plot. Burning of plastic leads to serious health consequences. Even inside the factory workers are forced to work in poor conditions. The air quality inside the factory is poor. I would request mpcb to enforce law and stop illegal burning of plastic and force the company to implement safe working conditions inside the factory. I request mpcb to conduct an audit of the facility at plot no. 22, survey no. 802, dewan and sons, udyog nagar, chintupada road, village mahim, paghar - 401404, maharashtra

Over last 15 days air pollution in kalamboli has increased to much and reason is affluents released by industries in talooja.

Everyday morning we wake up to pungent ammonia smell. It cause irritation in eyes, head aches and breathing issues. We have kids and elders at home and it is a serious problem.

Residence should not be allowed if government cannot provide clean air to breathe. This problem needs a urgent intervention. I hope you are not waiting for navi mumbai to become famous like bhopal gas tradegy to take decisive steps.

Industry are playing with people lives for small profits. I hope you will look into as early as possible.

Please helps us breathe clean air.

In dialysis centre there are fluid which is extracted from the body of the patient which contains large amounts of bacteria and viruses and is highly dangerous for the environment.
This fluid waste must be treated before throwing into sewage. As it contains chronic disease causing waste.in districts having these dialysis centres the rise in the number of patients are clearly being seen.
The hospitals must install an effluent treatment plant for this.
                            This is matter of seriousness.
                            Please do the needful.

I am a resident in Ganesh Nagar, where my parents and siblings have been residing for 50 years. There is a wafer factory next to the house which initially was a small factory. Over the years the scale of the factory has increased and now they are using wood to cook . It is having a bad impact on our health specially the old generations and my nephew who suffers from Asthma has been struggling to cope with this as the chimney is facing the bedroom window . Inspire of several complaints no heed has been paid into this matter . I visit my parents once a year and I struggle to live there. The owners have been bribing and getting away with this matter. Please sir with the current climate changes and health conditions something needs to be done. I would be obliged if you please look into this matter. I am attaching videos taken. Sometimes these emit sparks of fire and there have been cases of fire too.

                                      Hi,

From 7 june till date, rcf - chembur is regularly releasing harmful ammonia gas into the air which is creating very foul smell in air for 4-6 hours. Factory security mentions that it's a gas so it will be relased in air and is not meant to be stored. Ammonia gas is harmful and uncomfortable to breathe. Kindly address this matter urgently because rcf is not allowed to release this gas legally.
