Dear Sir,

This is with reference to the above subject I am a resident of Rathodi village near sabriya Masjid Malad West.
Due to illegal factory in a resident area we are unable to breath a fresh air. The factory creates a highly fogy and unbareable stinky air pollution which creates air pollution on a high scale they even they don't have any chimney for fog discharge the company deal in a concrete large rings which is used for nullas and toilet septic tank
The address of the company which is causing air pollution is, beside om Sai International school opposite Sabriya Masjid Rathodi Village Marve road Malad West. Mumbai 400095.
I would like to request you kindly look into the matter on highly priority basis as this is getting worst day by day.

I am living in Jamb near samudrapur district- Wardha. An industry is situated on highway no 7 called P.V. Textile. A newly dumping ground has been made behind the industry where they dump their products and from last month every week they burn it. The smoke last for 2-3 days making the nearby area smokey and difficult to breathe. Respective personale aren't available.
I request you to act and try to set up some regulation which can boost environmental factor and can help people around us.
Try to think if such act tends to increase so you can imagine the upcoming threats around us.

I am resident of wada village of rajgurunagar district pune 412402. We are facing critical health problems caused due to noise pollution caused due to chill pounding machine factory installed near my home. Owner do not have any noc of gram panchayat and mpcb. We had complaints in khed police station but they were not taking any serious actions against them.

I have been living in narhe, pune since many years now. The waste dumper/kabadiwala at the backside of our society burns plastic waste at any odd hour of night from 2 to 3 am and also during the day filling entire flat with fumes. It becomes impossible to breath even at midnight. Police complains are filed numerous times but no action has been taken. Kindly take heed of it and save our society and locality. Thanks

Our neighbour society - vanashri society., pincose -400092 burns dry leaves abd branches and stuff like this. When we ask them to not do so. They arrogantly reply saying. V do this in our society and not yours. The burning smoke is so bad that there is no visibility for 15 minutes. And they burn this at multiple places. I repeatedly asked them today to stop. But they never listened to me.

I live in reflections society, dange chowk, wakad, next to shell petrol pump, pune-411033 and there are some marriage mangal karyalayas nearby which play loud music and organise functions including singing loudly on mic almost everyday. This starts at 9 pm and ends at 1 or 2 am but since last two days it is ending at 4am in morning. This is just not acceptable. Please penalize these karyalayas. I can’t tell the exact name because it starts at night and difficult for me to go out and find out which one is making noise. Please help.

Lodha belair the upcoming project in mumbai 'a jogeshwari west carries out its construction work entire night wid big light flashes appearing in our home and loud noise of machines, tractors n bangs. It is voilating pollution control rules n also disturb not only our but our senior citizens and patients sleep entire night. No action is taken @100no

Dear sir,
Ill-legal stone crusher situated at village kadawal, taluka kudal, district sindudurg pin-416521 this plant has been running from past 2 years with out any concent, several complaints have been made, but the owner has successfully running it till date. He was fined by the teshildar, no pollution certificate, village panchayat has order to shift unit, ro from kholapur & sro from ratnagiri has also given closeuer orders is also ignored, unit is in agriculture land.
Black dust from the stone plant outside our windows, air thick with dust particles, soot-covered furniture all fields all farm coconut trees fields covered with dust, wells covered with thick layer of dust, addition to it noise which starts at am, sir we stay close as 10 meters & 40 families and 20 acres of agricultural land plus other families land, our life has become hell

Burning industrial waste in residential locality causing gas chamber and people/adults/children inhale this smoke can lead them to serious diseases.

I am suffering hugely due to smoke, sound and arrogance of the shop owner who has illegally opened the exhaust chimney in the society duct.

The building is made by Gera builders who has not made any provision of chimney in our building and sold the shops to individuals.

Restaurant- Fire Master shop no 102, Gera park View Society, Kharadi Pune-411014

The restaurant is at ground floor of out residential building I-707, Gera Park view society. The owner has opened incomplete chimney outlet in our dry balcony duct area, which constantly 24x7 exhausts smoke and coal particles along with massive sound of the big motor. Even if we close our door/windows the smoke gets filled in the room in night and makes us feel asthmatic and dizzy all the time. the sound is unbearable as its constant loud amplified sound due to close duct. We have made complaints to PCMCM29177 and registrar of our society are non responding.
Please help us breath we don't have budget for another place.
This is clearly a case of health/Air/Sound/Fire hazard.
I Support the government and pay my taxes regularly. I am very hope full here, Please help my family breath.

I hereby mailing u to inform that two jeans wash factory is running illegally in ambernath west one is at chikloli midc which is runned by suresh (Manoj) shivanand singh the husband of corporator shruti suresh singh (Ward no.7) and other is running at forest naka behind shiv park society by bharat telange and both the factory are running illegally without any etp plant did u have any knowledge about it? This is my complaint against those illegal jeans wash factories activities according to supreme court order no jeans wash is allowed without etp plant. Has they obtain any noc or c to e & c to o from the respondent board under the provisions of water act 1974 & the air act 1981 before starting this manufacturing activities have the illegal owners have provided you the atp & apc arrangements and also they have not complied with the environmental norms please take legal action as soon as possible otherwise will move to complain against mpcb in court and will inform to home minister and chief minister maharashtra and press.

We are facing huge pollution problem form unit at jejuri midc c17 & c19
It is 100% dangerous to us, required there mpcb noc copy.
Maximum air is polluting by both units, request to check there all machinery, facility they are using & provision made for same, form last six months we are facing this problem, all people, labor leaving near by area are hospitalized, it is very serious.

The many factories in chandivali area suspected to be illegal factories are operating quite easily and releasing toxic smoke in residential area around nahar. It is to this extent that even opening the house windows and doors seems impossible. Whenever we move to the balcony we smell smoke and see the whole city drenched in it. It is very sad to think that our government has changed but situation hasn't. Are these factory owners more powerful that government and citizens?
Can we do nothing but rely on false assuring claims by authorities?
If the government wants change they can do it overnight like in pulwama attack air strike.

We are facing very severe air pollution in dombivli east residential area. Dombivli midc companies are releasing toxic smoke which spreads in the residential area. They release it after 6pm till late at night. Dombivli is in thane district near mumbai. We have to close the windows to avoid the smoke as it burns eyes and gives sore throat next day.
Plz stop this. So many complaints have been made but nothing is done on permanent basis.

Around this location are industries pollute the air in night. Cannot pin point which one as smoke from chimneys cannot b e seen and due the pollution the visibility is bad. If you do want to understand what it fells like please come to the location pointed on the map as well as to my area where i live.
I now feel suffogated live in my area now for around 15 years, what was the air quality then and what it is now.
During the day time no smoke can be seen from the chimneys. But during the night. The polloute the air so heavily that the smell of chemicals can be smelled as far away for 10 sq km. This has been hapenning for a while. As during the day they keep the chimneys off so taking pictures is of no use. But they pollute the air during the night when no photograph evidence can be taken and most of the people around are asleep in the chemical filled air.

I dont know how residents of sector 11 koperkhairne is mum about it. I live in sector 4a, koperkhairne. The air quality in my area has drastically degraded over years as government bodies like mpcb are just sitting in their filling up their pockets from these polluting industrialists and letting the people living around such areas degrade their health over time. Such chemicals smell in the air causes chronic diseases.

Their is very bad suitation in south mumbai ward c due air goldsmith factory they are using various chemical in their process of making like acid. This is affecting air very badly. This is causing health issue to every one.
We are already facing issue like cough, skin issue, and might leads to astha tb and cancer.

The place where i leave has no systematic garbage disposal. I. E garbage are not collected by panchayat gadi and they are moved in locals and burned by the panchayat officials. These cause heavy amount of toxic air pollution not in the society itself but in all the area. I don't know any action will be taken against my complaint but i want the person that read these complaint should do there part of work as a citizen.

My name is shrinivas raichur and i stay at mulund west. We are facing a real air pollution issue created by our neighboring colony. Everyday they burn garbage and some wood in the area and the smoke creates a lot of issues.
