Respected sir,
I Mr. Ramesh acharya owner of D-205/206/201 gala of Gokul industrial estate. I would like to bring to your Notice, That there are very dangerous chemicals and hazardous material are manufactured and produced by my neighbor 202/203 gala premises.(Right chemicals company)

My first complaint state the above for mixing and manufacturing some chemical substance. which are very harmful to breathing.

Many of my employers have complaints and I personally Noticed insufficient breathing problems. One of my women employees during her pregnancy period had to severe breathing issue with this chemical. which they manufacture. I want all members to come and experience during their mixing process.

My second complaint is of storage of this chemical substance all over the common passage and in front of my both doors.

In spite of verbal warning and informing the owners personally. They always occupy the whole passage and acts like goons. when somebody goes and complains to them verbally.

I would like you to all to personally visit and see the staircase condition. Even the staircase strain has been eroded due to this dangerous chemical substance.

A chemical factory in the Sainath Wadi, Near Datta Mandir, sector - 1, Airoli-400708, Navi releases chemical gas in the Air during the day as well as the night. Which is similar to a paint smell, and it has become difficult to breathe. Kindly do something.

100 number pe complained karne ke badh bhi..

Koi action nahi liya jata..

has been created a lot of pollution Day by Day by burning the...

Highly toxic and acrid fumes are emitted from a small factory near Durga mata mandir, Saki naka (probably Sairam industries and powder coating) and when the wind is blowing towards our building Rosa Alba, the smell is unbearable and difficult to breath.

I am Amol vishnu Shinde From Khedle zhunge Taluka Niphad District Nashik. I have complaint regarding welding work shop near my house. As per law welding shop not allowed in residential areas. Me and my family suffered lot of high noise and mental illness from this shop and most importantly my 1.5 year baby also suffered a lot due to noise of welding and hammering of steel cutting of steel. I have already complained about this to Grampanchayat Khedle zhunge also Niphad police station. Also send him a legal Notice by lawyer but their is no action taken by non of the above. So i request to board that please take action against him. I have attached a video for the same.

We are facing very severe air pollution in dombivli east residential area. Dombivli midc companies are releasing toxic smoke which spreads in the residential area near shankheshwar nagar.They release it after 6pm till late at night. Dombivli is in thane district near mumbai. We have to close the windows to avoid the smoke as it burns eyes and gives sore throat next day.

Kindly order authorities to examine area and warn such company to use filters and other measures to stop this nuisance.

Right to breath fresh air is our basic constitution right and in this covid-19 pandemic...it is desirable to have fresh air in surrounding.

Ignorance of this complaint preserve our right to approch higher authorities for redressal.

I am complaining that in jai hind chal, annabhau sathe nagar mankhurd mumbai 400043 the person named abdul khalid ghachi and sunil sathe are running buisness of making of lobhan ( dhoop ) in residential slum area. In this buisness there are big fire ( bhatti) is burning day and night . Because of this coming problem of air pollution . And this buisness going in big slum in chal if if there is a fire, there will be huge loss of life and property.
Therefore i am requesting you there is big fire burning and causing big problem of air pollution . So please take strict action on this buisness and take action on this two people sunil sathe and abdul khalid ghachi .

I am residing in panwelkar Standford in bandlapur east from last 4 months . Panwelkar Builder promised us at the time of purchasing the flat . They told that MIDC is now going to close and sifted some where and all area used for residence purpose. They made promise to us in 2 years before but still everything is same . Now every day there is air pollution . All residence leaving nearly to MIDC.

Every morning there is Black smoke in the year . Some time we need to close the windows . Really its very dangerous to people who leaving here but no body can look in this matter. Also every month there is chemical plant fire. You people check in news alos

The Chimneys in the Jagannath Shankar Sheth Smashan Bhoomi are not functioning properly, as all the smoke and smell emitted from these chimneys is affecting the neighbourhood. Whenever they start the chimneys for burning the dead bodies, the smell and smoke get emitted in the neighbouring area, hardly we can see the chimneys emitting the smoke from their tops. Kindly, look into the matter as soon as possible as we are already affected by the corona crisis and don't want to be any more affected by inhaling the smoke from the burnt dead bodies

We are facing the issue of continues smoke coming from the below house of the building performing illegal rituals on a daily basis.

We are unable to breathe and eyes also itches

Sometimes the smell is so bad that it causes vomit.

We have complained many times but no progress.

In Wardha disatrict and wardha taluka there is a village salod. in salod there is saraf gitti factory which release hazardious air from its small chimni which is very dangerious for farming land and farmers to. so i request you to please take action on it as soon as possible. and i request you to please dont diclose my name as owner is powerfull man.

We are staying at Marol. behind Sevenhills Hopsital. From many months we are facing loud noise n24x7 from Sevenhills Hospital.
Please tell hospital mangament to take necessary step to reduce generator or chillers noise. we can not open window and sleep at night peacfully. We have 48 flats facing same problem.

Since last month from April 20th, 2021 -almost all part of the day strong pungent smell exists, very strong at morning at nights. I am a resident at Kalamboli, near Road palli, Sector 10 E, Navi Mumbai.

I have a baby . The health of my family, I can fell is detoriating because of the strong pungent gases/smell . There is a stong smog which is visible. When there is no smog, there is almost nil smell.

it is requested to take urgent action . in case by doing surprise inspections at factories nearby.

For the past 2 hours I have seen wooden boxes being burnt behind the servants quarters in Income Tax Colony. This is causing extreme pollution around our area making it difficult for us to breath. Kindly help us at the earliest.

The people residing in slums which are right next to my house, burn rubber tires and wood to drive away mosquitoes. this is done every night after 9 pm. the smoke causes irritation in the respiratory tract and burning of the eyes. I am forced to close off windows and still wear a mask because of the smoke. this has been going on for 1 month. please take measures of telling the people to stop doing this since it is very harmful to everyone. i cannot take picture because of trees and because it is night time.

Godavari river sludge removal contract given . It was about to end on September 2020. They have now woken up and the work of removing the sludge has started. In many places, the silt is brought only to the banks of the river, which will return to the river in a single flood.
In many places, sludge removal has not even begun. * But the Smart City Company removed the sand. *
Project cost 8.94 crores
ALSO MANY PLACES IN RIVER DIRECT DRAINAGE WATER IS CONNECTED ALL DRAINAGE WATER GOING IN RIVER .

I request you to take some action against it..

Every night there is a lot of chemical released in the air causing extreme foul smell and difficulty to breathe. This is criminal offence as the air quality is highly polluted with these harmful gases released at night. Please take urgent action against the industries who are releasing chemicals in the night that are affecting our lungs in a pandemic situation. How do you expect us to breathe?
