Maharera — Maharera not proceeding with complaint

Request you to help us with this issue. We have already invested huge amount of money in a property. We still do not see any progress from RERA to help us with settlement of amount .Therefore, we are unable to take the possession. Could you please help us in resolving this ASAP.

We have received next hearing date from MahaRERA as 9th March, however there is no link for hearing. I am afraid they are repeating the same issue. Earlier also, builder received the link for first hearing and we did not. If this is repeated, then how will it be possible for us to attend the hearing. I request you to please take this matter forward and help us with resolution.

We have still not received the meeting invite for hearing of 9th March . As already mentioned, we did not receive link for previous hearing as well. I request you please share the link for that date.

This is regarding complaint CC[protected] with MahaRera. We have received the next date for our hearing as 9th March which is tomorrow, however there is still no link shared to attend the hearing. We faced the same issue for previous hearing as well. We have been chasing with them for almost an year now and we received nothing in return. There is no one to acknowledge thousands of email which is sent to them and their Helpdesk is pathetic . They really don't know what needs to be done. This clearly shows that MahaRera is just not interested to resolve the cases which require action from them . I request you to please route this complaint to correct platform so that lakhs people who are frustrated due to irresponsible behavior of MahaRera and legal issues of their dream home will stop wasting their time with them and search for an alternative solution.

We are already feeling cheated due to our builder and we strongly feel that MahaRera is intentionally not sending the link so that they can easily show us absent on the date of hearing.
