Property prices are breaking the roof and middle income people cannot afford to buy a flat in city. Taking benefit of the demand and less knowledge of the building line i have fallen into the trap of the company mahavir patwa constructions in kharbao. Lead by rajesh patwa the company had started offering flats at cheaper cost luring attention of the lower income class. They definitely got lot of response and duped thousands of people like me. They launched lot of projects showing they were having strong background but soon reality struck. The company has siphoned off the money taken from people to other business and buying land for future projects and has no cash left for construction. The entire dealing of the company is conspicuous and there are many partners involved and some inofficial use of the funds to black money channels.
More over they have been giving false commitments to the poor clients giving short term dates to starting work, govt. Policies, rera registration pending, land to be taken under new thane jurisdiction hence new approvals awaited and many such. There has been no work done since 3 years and the land is lying as it is. They started 4-5 road touch buildings to show but these too are pending since 3 years with no development.
Now the builder is playing the dissappearing trick and not picking up any calls and office staff are just playing the same record we only know this much, cant tell you any further.
Need to take strict legal action against builder to finish some buildings or transfer the same to other contractors to finish the project or refund the money back to us. Was this information helpful? |
