Respected Sir,

We are the residents of Hno.905 Mahalaxmi bunglow, opp Mahalaxmi Temple, Talebazar (Devgad), 416611.

We have been facing a lot of voltage issues the whole day and sometimes in night. My 1 HP water pump, coolers, fans etc are not working due to this many electronic devices got damaged.we have been facing since last 1 year there were many complaints has been raised however no positive response receive yet, the Sub-station manager Mr.Chougule do not have manners how to deal this kind of issue and provide support to all customers. due to voltage my 1 HP new water pump damage i bought new one however we are in the same issue during morning (7 to 11 AM) we have very bad voltage but MSCB not looking in to any resolution just deny my request.

so far online request raised as well as written complaints submitted but no update and not joy,

i came to know from local electrician that MSCB setup single Phase connection in my area and many customer ware facing issue.

Please dont ignore it.Its a request and try to solve my issue ASAP.
