Mahavitran (maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd) — They added an incorrect prefix in front of my name.

These people added an incorrect prefix in front of my name. First of all why they had to add i don't know..could have added just my name. It's their mistake but I have to pay to correct it. I tried online but my application got rejected. So I went to their office physically and they said no and to try doing it online again. I have now tried multiple times online and each time my application gets rejected. They have not even mentioned details on what size kb and resolution the submitted doc proof should be for it to not get rejected. Pathetic services. This is what we are paying taxes for such lousy govt services.
