I placed a Cash on Delivery (COD) order through the Instagram page Mahek Conture, which was delivered via Delhivery courier by Kasturi Fashion. The product delivered was a dress.
As per their 7-day easy return policy, I raised a return request within the time limit due to a size issue. Despite repeated messages and reminders, the seller has not responded or processed my refund. Initially, they gave an excuse about festival delivery delays, but now they have completely stopped replying.
I request immediate pickup of the COD order and full refund as per their stated return policy.
