The person called mahesh waghmare posted a ad on facebook groups for the various loans. It also mentions that he will do cibil cases. According to it, i called him and we meet near co-operation, pune on 9th jan after discussion he said to pay me 3600/- as processing charges and he agreed to do the loan till 20th jan. I paid a cash in his axis bank account ([protected]) which belongs to the mumbai. After following up he said that you agreement will be signed on 29th jan 2018 when i called him he said that auditing is going on so it will be postponded to 10th feb. After following so many times, finally i signed the agreement on around 20th feb and afterwards he is not giving proper response and till date he is not receiving the call.

I told him he is not able to give a loan refund my money but he is not responding. He might be doing clear cases, but he demands money before the disbursement please don't entertain him.
