Maheshtala Municipality — Garbage collection problem

I am Nisha Das from Gopalpur, ward no 13. People of ward no 13 are suffering as the garbage collector doesn't come properly. They give a gap of 1 week or 12-13 days, and whenever he will come never inform us. They just give excuses but never forget to take money on time, when we complaint regarding this the lady say, this will never happen again but every time we are facing same issue, today the garbage picking also misbehave with my mother without taking garbage he just ran away Please take action as we have to dump garbages to nearby drains or grounds which is making our environment dirty.
