We'd like to inform you that your courier service (Tenkasi branch, Tamil Nadu), We're experiencing lot of issues with the delivery the office staff or delivery person was not properly responding to the customers. We (Mahi enterprises, Tenkasi - Voltas authorized dealer) we did not receive the parcels, which was sent from our VOLTAS office, Coimbatore.
The parcel worth nearly 35, 000 rupees. They simply telling us that we're not giving any delivery so they're mentioning will deliver the package another day.
But the 3-4 parcels are received to them by 1-3rd of July but still we haven't received the delivery.
We've received call from Coimbatore ST courier and informed us that there's no one at the delivery address and attempt the delivery. But we're available 9 am to 7 pm - all the days except Sunday.
Today we've called the ST courier office, a person spoked that he would deliver the parcel by tomorrow or ask us to take the parcel from their office which was not appropriate.
