I booked a plot with mahidhara projects private limited, chennai. Plot no 223, mahidhara supreme classic on aug 2016 and land rate was 7.60 lacs including registration. I paid 2.85 laks as my contribution and arranged remaining through home loan. We planned to done registration on december 2016. Later we found that, the developers are not completing anything as they promised. I heard from other owners and even i had very bad customer service. I decided to drop this registration and cancelled the agreement. I cancelled the agreement on march month and asked them to refund money. As per agreement they have to return money on april 2017. Even after numerous follow-ups on mail, whatsapp chat and phone calls, they are not responding properly on status on money. I have all proof on my follow-ups on mail, chat and phone logs.
