on (13/11/2020) purchased a brand new (scorpio)s9 [bs6] reristration no.(up54am2224) deep automobile mau store were take from.Unfortunaely when driving
the car.I found it has not been satisfactory because explain the problem.For ex-when my car drive 800km the problem of def started coming.My car started slowing down
80/40 came then we were 24/02/2021-for nest time service 20290km took to deep automobile mau service center 20290km less air filter didnt"t change.Then we did service
32227 km less but the air filter was not changed 37215km 19/02/2022.Then my car started having problems with def so we took us to deep automobile azamgarh service
center.Service center people told that def chowk has taken place service center people told that your warranty has expired.The service center people talked about the
car and [shield.Certificate no=shld29] talked about if any problem comes then your money will not be spend.Then we took it to next service 23/07/[protected] at mau deep
automobile service center again the air filter of that cat did not change.On05/07/2022 the turbo of the car got tarbo on the way and was taken to the akbarpur service
center in near told that your air filter has not been changed yet, neither on 20000 nor 40000 service center people showed us history.We told that we get it done on
time then how can the problem come?the people of akbarpur service center told that it is not your fault it is the fault of the service center, you should take the car
to it.Then we brought the car to azamgarh deep automobile 05/07/2022 azamgarh service center told that you have not changed the air filter yet.We said it's not my
fault.We said that we do not know ehat changes happen in the car, you were not told.Then people called at mau deep automobile service center people check 20000km less
history and got nothing then checked 40000 less then got chopped in the bill. We have told the service center people that you can give 15 / 20 thousand then why can
you give 600? the people of service center said that is your fault we said that it is my fault so my car is under warranty is it not.Service center people said no you
will not get warranty service people told that you will have to pay half the money we said ok we have send 17200 pay money. But till the car has not been recived, it
has been 19 days.I look forward to settling this matter amicably.
My expectation are high, please dont"t disappoint me.Again if however, the matter is not satisfaction resolved by cdate, i will
consider taking further action enclosed with this letter are copies of the registration card and other related
