My Car Loan was fully paid however it is still showing as Legal Suit in CIBIL and other authorities

Now, there is an outstanding balance and a legal suit
I have reached out and written to Mahindra Finance on Nodal Officer ID almost 4 months before and i have a complaint ID also (CAS[protected]J0J4J2)
I had visited Gurgaon Sector-14 branch and Megha, 2 months earlier and sent several emails but there is no response on email and on her mobile number
Since i am not getting a response and i feel cheated & being denied of financial services due to M&M Finance, i am suffering losses to the tune of 50 Lakh (Annual)
Keeping this in view i am filing a complaint on this forum and also filing a complaint to RBI Ombudsmen
