I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the denial of a refund for the booking amount of a pre-owned Maruti Ciaz (Registration Number: UP 25 DB 4861).
I booked the aforementioned vehicle on 15th December 2024 from Mahindra First Choice (Noida Car Point, F-467, Sector-63, Near Fortis Hospital, Noida, Uttar Pradesh). At the time of booking, I was assured by your team that if my loan application was not approved, I would receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.
