Hello Ma'am:

This is Rohan from Kolkata. This afternoon I received a call from HR - Ritika from Park Street Kolkata - Mahindra Holiday and Resorts for Sales profile recruiting HR job vacancy. The HR (Ritika) proved to be a fraud recruiter who cheated me as per provisions of HR Labour Laws in India by showing discrimination with regard to my age [Age: 43] by not offering me job and by giving this job to a less experience HR fresher with age bracket 33. This is clear violation of Indian HR law and US HR Law. Her mobile is [protected]. She took valuable HR information about my database by cheating without giving me the job. It was just like signing a death certificate.

Age discrimination occurs when an applicant or employee is treated unfairly because of his or her age. Age discrimination against people over the age of 40 is prohibited by the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA).

I am shocked and feeling nervous and depressed by this act of cowardice. I want to ban this company named Mahindra Holiday and Resorts now. I want a legal suit against this illegal and fraud cheater DOG company and want legal compensation of Rs 150.25 Crores asap.

I am now lodging a legal case through my attorney / lawyer in High Court / Supreme Court. I want my respect and money back.

Please call police and resolve the company HR - Ritika now.
