I purchased mahendra jeeto X7 16 BS4 at 2017..
Present running at 65000 only..( 4 YRS )
Regular service at mahendra authourised dealers from date of purchase... Recently serviced in may 2021( corona situation also ). I have completed service in May month.
But today vehicle engine fully damaged.. ( owner cum driver, vehicle running for FMCG products maximum load is 300 kgs only ) in service center they are saying that it's bearing problem..
Due to that engine fully damaged, crankshaft broken into pieces, piston fully damaged, 5 bolts fully damaged into pieces...now we need to replace engine ( we moved vehicle to showroom 67kms by toe condition ).
How is this possible ?
Why can't you arrest such a huge problem in May month itself ?
DUE TO MAHENDRA SERVICE DEPARTMENT CARELESS MISTAKES MY VEHICLE ENGINE DAMAGED FULLY NOW.
We are suffering now... It's not easy to purchase full engine for vehicle .
YOUR HAVE TO REPLACE NEW ENGINE...
