My name is Sagar Bedekar, I was in kolkata for job purpose with my family, when we shifted from kolkata to Thane we courier our household material like
TV, Fridge and Kitchen wares By Mahindra Packers and Movers. They take our goods on date 29th Aug 2023, at time they take 4900 amount for dispatch and
insurance. after 4 days they say we need to pay 2062 for packing and gst charges, this was not confirm first. we pay them that amount, they say 7th sep we get
the courier. But not deliver, after that they say on 13th they will deliver, but not done, after that they say up to 17 or 18th they will deliver, but because of
ganpati festival we need to go village at murud janjira, so i requested them to deliver it by 2nd oct with there confirmation of no extra charges. now we
requesting them to deliver material after 2nd Oct, but they said bhejte hain, but we dont get deliver still now. Today we call the kolkata guy, he get angree on
me and said nahi denge material jo karna hain karlo. and we tried to contact the owner but he didnt recive our call, we massage him to get resolve it, then he
demanding more money 4800. we tail them we will complaint in police then they said best of luck. please help us to resolve this.we have up to 40000 worth
material in it
