@anandmahindra dear sir my XUV500 reg no UP78FV5555 met an accident on 18th of may 2022 and on 19th may 2022 I handover vehicle to MAHINDRA Provincial Automobile Company Ltd Chandrapur (Mh), Maharashtra to Mr Sunil and after discussion with him on 18th June I reached centre and paid due bill but during departure my driver observed radiator is leaking and battery is also not working. This is gross negligence from service centre under Mr . sunil and Mr. Charanjeet. In period of one month they only change the damage parts but don't check internal part of vehicle and even not mentioned to surveyor .. This is really frustrating experience with mahindra service centre that nobody take care to check vehicle thoroughly so it can be repair properly.
It is my humble request to engage your entire team and get replaced all damage part .

Updated by vineet198119 Dear sir, this is gross negligence and even nobody from your team accepting their mistake, now they saying battery is not damage in accident that means battery got damage or replaced by someone in service centre..
Can I got number of senior person from mahindra group ??
