Dear sir,
We bought a Tractor( Chassis No. -NMU 1990) of Mahindra " ARJUN" in 2010 on 04.01.2010 from Assam Auto Agencies Dibrugarh, Assam which was near to us. Now for the same tractor we have a serious problem in Hour meter and it is not working for last two months. We have made sesveral requests to assam Auto Agencies, Dibrugarh to get it repaired and we will bear the repairing cost but all our requests have afallen in deaf ears and they have shown least concern to repair our Hour Meter of Tractor. they never calll us back on the update only excuse is that we have indented the material and as soon as it arrives we will repair the Tractor. Kindly help us and guide us to how to tackle such serviceless situation . We have one more tractor of Mahindra in our Tea Estate and a Bolero. If such senseless approach is followed in providing service how do we get our repairs done.
