This is about wakad mahindra service center... The worst service center... Without doing regular service, they just charge huge amount of money.
On top of it, their managers say they don't keep service recordings with them as they don't afford. They should close this center instead of earning money from people without giving an appropriate service.
Simple things like car cleaning, coolent check, health check of important parts they can't check and work properly. I showed to the service guy the condition of the car for which he said please leave car now, i will take care of it.
I had to again do servicing after just 1000km car drive because these guys did not do servicing at all. For last 3 servicing, they just charged money. Whenever asked about justification, round round answers they gave. Their staff is perfectly suited for the center — more worst than ever. The staff has only asked one question, would you like to sell your car? What nonsense. Are they really running service center? Not at all. A Was this information helpful? |
