Mahindra Zimbabwe — mahindra zimbabwe director dishonest

Dear sir/madam,
We would like to complain about your dealer in zimbabwe who has the mahindra franchise holder. Sanjay babbar is a dishonest man who does not fulfill promises. We ordered spare parts last year 2017 but until now we have not yet received the tractor spares even after paying in advance. We suggest you engage another small player in the market willing to start up business and eager to impress because it looks like there is no competition. Small players would want to grow thereby satisfying customers. The tractors that we use are based in chiredzi and we use the tractors for sugarcane fields. We paid for hydraulic pump and we have sent several email to no avail.
Besides the spares parts for the tractors, we also have made orders to buy vehicles and we have been asked to make deposit payments and till now we do not have any concrete answer as to when we should expect the cars.
