Mahira Homes 95 has collected more than 75% of payments in last Three years. Construction is hardly 5% done. since last two years no construction at site has taken place. He is submitting repeatedly forged documents to DTCP.
His license is cancelled by the government authorities, but where do the homebuyers stand now.
Already the project is late for delivery. when we bought the house in sector 95. Builder promised that he will deliver our home in 2025.
But now no communication with the builder - ALL PHONES ARE either switched off or nobody picks them. no toll free contact is operation. In his office also hardly anybody to give you any type o[censored]pdation or explanation.
