Maid House Service — Booked online maid and made payment but did not receive service

Want to register a complaint against the company and the executive Mr Saurabh who kept calling me to book a maid via their number that I found on Google. I was looking for a maid 2 months back when I got in touch with them. They promised a prompt service and timely responses. The maid was promised to arrive today at 9AM. But ever since I made a payment of 5000, I haven’t heard back. Kept calling and texting yesterday but nothing.
