A woman named saritha caeiro (Shanaya caeiro/shanu) (Adhar card #[protected] pretends to be a nanny / baby care taker. She comes for the interview, speaks fluent english and does all the right things to make you feel that she is perfect for your child. As soon as you confirm the job, she asks you to pay for her flight tickets to go to her home (Goa) and come back (Selecting the non-cheapest option) saying you can deduct it from her salary later. She will promise to join you on a particular date and get you to book get her tickets. Once the tickets are booked, she will make excuses to delay the joining - missed the flight, mother in law has doctor appointments, injured / not well, and not join. When you ask for the money back, she will again use excuses to say it will be given in a few days and not return the money at all. Beware of this person - she is a fraud & cheat.
