I am writing this on behalf of my father.
The water supply is not reaching my water tank section for me. I am facing this issue since a month and at the same time my neighbor has no such problem, they are getting water in their house.
The main tank has 3 sections. Each for 1 floor shared by 2 houses. So 3 sections for 6 houses.
In our section, my neighbor is receiving the water. for them water is coming in their tap but the inlet water does not reach to my tank. Usually when water comes, it only stays for 1 hour then it got finished. My neighbor has done something wrong with pipeline, he took the water from under ground due to that water don't reach to the tank and my tank section kept empty which makes us suffering of water .
My neighbor does not live here. He rented his house to other families
Please check this issue since I am suffering a lot for drinking, preparing food and basic household works.
