On 15 december 2024 I ordered a jacket from this site Maisonferaia.com . When I received my order it was different from what was shown on site. The cloth was different and so was the print. Instead of embroidery as it was shown in site, it was printed. Not only that after reading the steps of initiating refund from their very site, they refused to do so claiming they don't do refunds. After I showed them that the information about refund was available on page, they showed me another page from their site stating their "no refund policy". So they're scamming people not only through their misleading photos of product but also by withholding their money Was this information helpful? |
