We went to choose packages and channels according to the new TRAI rule, but our cable operator told that it is not possible, they told that TRAI rule is still not valid, and thus we cannot choose channels according to our choice. They made new packages according to their choice and they forced us to take packages according to their choice, and told that otherwise the cable connection will be closed from tomorrow. There were many customers, they also denied to take those packages but at last they also had to take those unnecessary channels. So, why this happened? Was this information helpful? |
