I have recently booked two hotel rooms through make my trip but due to some circumstances I was not able to stay there . I contacted the hoteliers the are willing to sen ethe money back since it was not my mistake though . So I have been calling to the customer care for long period hoteliers also confirmed for refund . But I accidentally put a review for one of the hotel room . They told me there is a edit options checking for thatch out a review on next booking also . Now I want to remove the review for refund but customer care support is not good . Such a big platform and still no option for review removal . Need action against this .
