Dear Sir,

I kindly request a refund of my booking amount of Rs. 12, 484/- for the reservation made from 04.06.26 to 06.06.26 through Make My Trip. As per the policy, the booking was 100% refundable until 25.05.26, and I cancelled my booking on 20.05.26 as my tour plan date changed. booking Voucher and payment details attached.

I am writing to request the refund for my cancelled booking at Hotel Grand Mamta. The booking details are as follows:

Booking Dates: 04.06.26 to 06.06.26

Booking Date: 19.05.26

Payment Method: HDFC Credit Card

Payment Amount: Rs. 12, 484

I would appreciate it if you could process the refund at the earliest.
i have emailed to makemytrip multiple times and called at customer care no, but no response come from Makemytrip. there is no support from makemytrip.
