Dear concerned,
The above service provider by the name " makemy documents "( website: https://makemydocuments.com) has defrauded me by taking advance payment for making Senior Citizen card without explaining to me the modalities of the process. After receiving the payment i got a call from this number : +91 [protected] mentioning to me that the same cannot be processed from their end. When i inquired for a refund for my amount they initially said that it will be credited back in 2 working days to its payment source. Today they are telling me that they will not initiate the refund.
I wonder what king of fraud agencies are these that are taking swindling public funds and charging for services that have not been provided. I request the concerned to lodge a formal complaint against such kind of frauds and tyrants whose sole purpose is to cheat and defraud senior citizens of the nation.
