Was getting multiple calls from Makin Memories executive in Rewa Multiple Times, and asked to come to visit Hotel Landmark for launch event, When visited there before signing agreement their executive said these membership are transferable and refundable as well in case you would not be able to get the services. Now its almost 2 year i was not able to get into a trip and asked for refund and their customer care is saying its not refundable and not cancellable. Even if we have to take the trip they are asking for some additional amount. Just pathetic and fraudsters they are. Never ever take their membership. Feeling like i lost 45000 for 6N/7D plan.
