Malathy — kfj gl+ loan

I have given my 24 gm's of gold chain in kfj gl+ avadi branch but they deducted 4 gm's, and asked to pay monthly 1/2 gm price, now it has accumulated 13 gm's. My husband is handicapped person. We opened our account on2nd january 2017. Till date we accumulated 12.886gms. But now we are very much shocked and also upsetted while seeing closed doors of mylapore head office. But past 3 months i'm unable to contact any office or branch, everything has been closed and no one else to answer. Today the mylapore ho also closed. We are very much upsetted while facing this kind of problem.

Please help me in this regard.
