Malayalamanorama — delay in receiving newspaper

Sir, we malayalees working in tirurpur at SIDCO Mudalipalayam for the past 10 years, now a days we r receiving newspaper by 9 o clock in the morning, agent doesnt have enough staffs and also he not allowing others to put malayala manorama, other talented agents are dropping newspaper (TAMIL)by early morning.many of agents are waiting for agencyship For malayala manorama.so pls kindly instruct or replace the agent in sidco.
