My name Velimineti Sai Kiran, mobile no. [protected]. I have placed an order on Malharee.com (Majesty Green Colored Kanchivaram Silk Saree with Blouse SK145) for my mother. Order Id - 37716. A courier was delivered by Blue Dart via Shiprocket. Courier invoice is with a same saree name and code which I ordered, but the saree received is completely different. Attached the photos of the received one and invoice.
I don't see the return or exchange request option on the website. I have sent an email to [protected]@gmail.com. Could you please consider my request and take an action against Malharee.
