I purchased the tata nexon vehicle on feb 5th 2018 where the dealer has imposed me the handling charges of rs 5000 which is illegal. He has also imposed me the penalty for 3 months where the invoice is generated on last day of the month.

Even they have charged the penalty for the 3 months. Where i booked the vehicle at the month end.

I request you to take this issue in to consideration so that no customer get fraud by the dealers.
