I have plan of book flat in mana karmel. Till now I haven't heard much negative about builder, But I want more clarification on there previous Projects . So please share your views on there projects.

I found on the Internet, by any chance, Mana Karmel because I was looking for an apartment in Sarjapur Road. Through the "contact us" I explained what were my needs. And miraculously I found a very helpful person on the other side - who has proposed us about Mana karmel with all interesting features. We have really stressed him with all our doubts. But he was very patient and exhaustive. So we found finally the perfect apartment for us.

I been visited their earlier projecst and discussed with couple owners for Mana Prestine, Mana Placido haven't got the OC yet,
Owners are strugulling with follow up with Mana Folks, worth to check once before you could purchage
